My family and I needed to stay for one night plus we had out 5 pounds Yorkshire. The place from the outside was clean but the rooms not so much but I guess that’s what I get for going cheap. It’s very affordable.
Rooms: Floor rugs were dirty, bathrooms were outdated and beds were hard as a rock.

Hotel was.great, however the carpet in halls,. elevator and rooms are so dirty in it's embarrassing. I stayed at a.holidayninn a while back that the carpets were super.clean. manager told me they have a full time employee that carpet cleans.hall.and.rooms all floors one floor per week. Was.amazing. can always tell the difference in hotel.owners on

The room was clean but the housekeeping staff was awful every tome I stayed. I asked for late check-out and it was confirmed. They still knocked to early and entered without permission.

Safety: In a nice quiet neighborhood close to University of Southern Alabama.

We had a function at the Mitchell center and it was across the street. Lots of close places to eat. And great ice cream across driveway

We had such an enjoyable stay here! Rooms were very nice and clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, and such kind and outgoing staff. Everyone was happy, welcoming, and very accommodating. This will be a stop for us now each year on our way to Fl!!

When checking in to my room, along with my friends, unfortunately the computer system was down. While I understand that things happen and that the front desk had zero control over that, it was very chaotic to say the least. The room itself was very nice, however, my tv didn't work for some reason, but thankfully I was only there for one night.

Great location. Decent rooms. Our experience was a disaster. The power went out which was frustrating, but the staffs and owners unprepared response was disappointing. They didn't have a guest list to alert folks of the problem. When we arrived back at the hotel around 10 pm after a long day at the beach, we were frustrated that we had not been alerted to the problem and need to change hotels. I spent an hour on the phone with IHG rebooking us. Management's response the next day? They sent us a bill via email. Challenges happen. It's how we respond to them that define us. Their response was poor.

Great little gem across from University of South Alabama. I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were all updated and in great shape. Very comfortable bed. Nice little touches down to the specialized pillow cases which indicate if the pillow is firm or soft! Decent breakfast - about what you would expect in a free hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh and restocked quickly. Nice staff and great location.

Very nice hotel offers breakfast in the morning for free rooms were very nice beds cozy. Has plenty of parking very friendly staff. Has a pool, laundry facility, gym, business center and affordable.
