Yes, there is a Hertz close by, but this is one is incorrect, i wasted hours trying to find the proper location, which is about a mile south east of i-65, next to driveTime. The proper coordinates are 30.66794° N, 88.12636° WHertz support is incredibly lacking. Calling them several times increased my frustration and anxiety. ????

If you’re trying to find the location and it’s sending you to a place next to David’s bridal or ulta, you’re in the wrong place! We had a hell of a time trying to help my sister find this location, and hertz was NO help in doing that. I’m three states away watching her location on GPS and trying to navigate her. Google maps kept sending her to the same place.Find the nearest car max, and it’s near that!

Avoid this location at all cost! I was wrongfully charged rates which I had to dispute through through my bank. When I called in to inquire about the wrongful charges I’m placed on hold and the person never returns to provide any information.

The worst experience I've ever experienced from any business period. It starts with the local branch and go all the way to the top!

I rented from this location in the past. Yet, the last two times I visited this location I witnessed the Hertz representative, Dominique, being rude and discourteous to every customer I saw her interact with including myself. I heard a customer who was leaving comment to Dominique about how horrible her day must be and how she must hate her job.

Don’t waste your time here. They have no idea what they are doing. They committed to having a car waiting for me at collision center then the mornjgn of said they wouldn’t and said they would send Lyft. 45 min later they pick me up and bring me to hertz on Beltline where I get stuck in line and nothing is ready! Finally bring me out a filthy car with a 1/4 tank of gas

avoid this place at all cost. they commited to having a car at collision center for me at 9:00am . i confirmed it twice then on the morning of they said they dont do that. made me wait 45 minutes to get a ride to their place on beltline and NOTHING was ready. I missed my meeting in montgomery waiting in line when i got there to get a car. a car with a 1/4 of a tank of gas and the put 8/8 full on the receipt. the car was filthy. no sense of urgency rude and mismanaged.

Dominique Hale was rude, dismissive, with a nice-nasty attitude towards me. She wasn't helpful and didn't go over rules and regulations with me I had to ask and she still skip some things because upon my return of the rental the other day explained to me wat was expected.

I’m giving this location one star if I could give it zero stars I would. The vehicles have an odor and are dirty. They never wash the vehicles. I was in a rush at my last pickup and did not have time to wait for them to take it up the street for a car wash. The vehicle was reserved a week ahead of time and there is no reason for it being dirty. I had to add my own airfreshner to the car just to be able to drive it for my trip. Customer service and or management not much of a big help when needed. Many of the customer service agents have a strong accent and are hard to understand. Local agents are arrogant. Will not be doing business here again.
