Normally they are pretty good but there was a recall on a jack my husband has and when he took it back they refused to take it because it was past 90 days! The employees and even the manager on duty don't seem to understand the difference between a return and a manufacturer RECALL for SAFETY reasons. I don't know if that's something they could have been trained better on or just a common sense thing and even Harbor Freight can't help stupidity.

The shopping was great and employees were nice. The only complaint was the little air compressor I bought to air my tires was used. You can tell by the dirt on the bottom plus there was no paperwork with it. I'll open the box before I leave next time.

Harbor freight has so much to look at and buy, at a great price ?. This store has some great employees that want to help you with your purchases.

I love Harbor freight. They just about have any tool you can think of needing and the storage for it. The prices are better than most tool stores. Some of the tools aren't as good as other stores.
