I’ve been banking at this location for 7 years now. They claim to be open in the lobby until 4pm. Drive thru 5:30 pm. These hours are what the public go by. But the staff at this location does not uphold that nor seem to care. I arrived at 4:30 pm expecting to go in the drive thru for a quick withdrawal, yet the signs said the lanes were closed. The clerk at the window saw me but refused to help. Completely unacceptable for any place of business. I will be sitting down tomorrow morning and moving my funds and attention towards a bank that actually upholds their word.
