The staff and security was supreme. The rooms eh.. the pillows were hard, the bathroom shower wall was cracked, the shower handle hot cold was backwards and stuck. The hot food we were pleasantly suprised by. It was nice enough but I wouldn't say we were thrilled or disappointed... it was meh.

I wish I could give them more stars because this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, everything was top tier. The availability for one, my family and I came from Tx last weekend for a tragic situation and out of all the stipulations and unfriendly hotels we called, they were the only one that accepted us to check in at an early time. Everyone from the front desk to the supervisor, housekeeping and kitchen staff were amazing. The breakfast was so delicious and made with care. Thank you everyone,
This weekend I was here for a funeral and the front desk agent was exceptionally kind, caring and understanding. I received a bereavement discount and extra accommodations for my room which was a major relief.. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality.
Rooms: The rooms were excellent.
Walkability: Everything was within walking distance.
Food and drinks: The food was awesome and made with care.

Melissa is awesome, she set me up in a suite after I arrived and realized a 2 king room was a tight fit for 3 people. The suite is cozy, quiet, fully stocked, and everything I tried worked without issue. The airport is right down the road, so I'd say it's located conveniently (with a decent priced Circle K right across the boulevard). Took advantage of lobby breakfast and the exercise room, and noticed other guests making use of the pool (which looked very inviting in the hot weather). Overall a relaxing stay, cheers!

I stay at this hotel solely because it's geographically close to the people we're visiting. This is my second time staying at this location and it certainly will be my last. I've never had someone working in hospitality get an attitude with me and act like they don't want to be at work. It feels as if this location is not owned by Hilton. The rooms smell musky as if they are not very clean. The decor is outdated and the head cleaning lady acted like she didn't want to give me a fresh set of towels. She literally asked me why did I need them.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights due to a family funeral. We usually always stay at a Hilton brand hotel. This experience was mix of great and not so great. The staff was pleasant, the morning breakfast was good. (The omelets should be a daily offering). However, the room was tired. There was no mini fridge or microwave as seen in photos. The pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. I used to love the pillows at a Hampton Inn. These were just way past their life expectancy. The tv worked when it wanted to, the carpet looked dirty, and the bathroom was a disappointment. The bathroom had old shower doors that were either dirty or needing replacement. The toilet seat with the opening in the front was just weird. They should be done away with. The towels that were in the room when we arrived were stained. We did get replacements. The ac did work well and it was definitely needed after being in the heat all day. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
Rooms: They need some updates. Pillows, carpet, larger working tv, fridge and microwave. The ac worked well and water pressure was good.
Nearby activities: There are stores galore within minutes. Its location is great for university and airport.
Walkability: The hotel is located off of a main road. If you had to walk, there a nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

We came from WI to organize & attend a funeral and stayed for 6 nights.
Breakfast was amazing, and the location was right in the middle of Mama and Brother's houses...perfect!
Thank you for every "Good Morning" ?? ? ...such caring and wonderful staff!

The staff was absolutely amazing!! 11/10! The shuttle was unbelievable and so convenient. Jackie was so friendly and everyone went above and beyond to make you feel at home! This stay beat all expectations and the breakfast was delicious too! ?

What a beautiful Hotel. Room and facility was super clean. Service was outstanding. I needed a ride to Airport at 400am and they accommodate Me. I would definitely stay there again. Should be 10 stars.

If you are going to Mobile for business and have an early flight would highly recommend given its location right at airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet.

Really nice location. Tucked away just off the main drag so you're not just staring at traffic out your window. Rooms and lobby are nice. Free continental breakfast. Some stores and good restaurants nearby.
