they the Best hotel me and my wife stayed in for decent price, honestly I ain't want to leave but it is what it is?Rooms: I feel like rooms should have led lights in a safe spot around the top of the ceilings to set a good mood for people and couples that are trying to relax

Everyone from check in to check out were kind, friendly and professional! Beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful.

Came over to the Mobile area for work....Hampton Inns are always my 1st choice due to 90% of time they are conveniently located ...clean inside and outside...nice rooms with big beds, clean bathrooms and have decent prices. Breakfast good as well.Rooms: Clean with nice bedsNearby activities: Lots to do close by if you have the time

The stay at this location was not terrible by any means but this location needs a little TLC updating. You can tell this location has been around a while due to some items in the room that are falling apart and just simply rusting.It was a bit noisy all around with other guests slamming doors to get them to lock, hearing people talking, walking, dropping stuff in rooms or hallway. The small mini fridge made the room sound like it was breathing all night long.Rooms: Overall not bad just needs new bedding and not entirely quiet when a lot of people are here.Food & drinks: There are somewhat near by restaurants but they are about a 5-10 minute drive depending on what you like. Roads here are a bit odd.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a reservation and showed up around 12:30, I knew I was early but wanted to see if they could check me in anyway. When I walked in there was no one behind the counter, the person was sitting in the lobby area and looked up at me and said that they couldn’t check me in because it wasn’t three. I asked if she could at least check and she told me that the cleaning manager just went to lunch. She never moved from the spot where she was sitting and went back to looking at her phone. So I went down the street to another Hilton property where I received great service and got a room there. I then came back and canceled my reservation.

Not the fanciest but definitely nice and no problems! Breakfast has a good selection and presentation. Lobby is nice and decorative, probably the nicest part. Rooms were nice not top notch, outdoor pool nice area. Not sure how professional the service was no complaints.

I recently stayed at this hotel. When I went in my room and pulled back the sheets, there were (what appeared to be) blood stains on the sheets. Then I looked over at the wall beside the bed. There appeared to be some kind of red sauce (pizza sauce or marinara) on the wall and on the floor. I went down to the desk to ask for another room. They told me there were no more rooms, and only handed me a set of sheets for me to change the bed myself. I have emailed two different managers with regards to this experience, and neither have responded.(UPDATE: A manager has responded and made some restitution.) I feel as if I should have been given the room for free at the very least. I was part of a larger group, and could not leave the hotel due to those circumstances. The staff did not apologize or try to make me feel any better about my dirty room. I will not be staying here again.Rooms: My room was very dirty.

As a Hilton diamond member, I stay at a lot of hotels and have significant experiences with hotel staff breakfast and room quality.I understand that this hotel is older, but it is poorly maintained.When we walked in the room, there was a terrible smell and the air conditioner was not cooling.We contacted the front desk and they eventually sent a maintenance person to look at the AC.The person cleaned the filters and fans, but it did not help. The smell remained and cooling was poor.The bed was very uncomfortable and was clearly old and we were incredibly sore the next morning.I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here last week for business. Brought my wheelchair bound Mom with me. Had a great stay. They ensured we had a roll-in shower/handicapped accessible room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and food area was very clean.Amber at the front desk was always a delight and so very helpful! She greeted us warmly, answered questions, provided us with extra supplies when we needed them and was a delight to see each day. Every day when she greeted us, she called us by name! We are returning to this hotel next week and look forward to it!Rooms: Clean, spaciousNearby activities: Closely situated to restaurants, shopping and businesses. Easy on and off I-65. Only an hour from Biloxi!Food & drinks: Great breakfast in clean surroundings.

The young lady who checked us in was the only friendly person there. When we arrived at 4:00p the room was not ready. The young lady apologized.At 8pm a child in the room above us in room 313 ran from the window to the door til midnight which was heard in rooms 213 & 215. We called the front desk twice and around midnight the running stopped, until 5 am and running began all over again.At 9:30am Saturday morning I went down to the front desk and asked for the manager they were not there. I left a detailed note and asked for the manager to call me. No one called. When I arrived back to the hotel at 9:45p I asked for the manager and they weren’t there.I’ve never stayed at a Hilton Property with service this BAD!!!!Additionally:Asked for additional towels. The friendly young lady went to go get them. We encounter 2 housekeepers using profanity, one saying she was quitting. Didn’t offer to help the front desk clerk who was assisting me with someone else waiting to be checked in.10:30a today, house keeping knocks on the door to let us know check out is 11a and asked when are we leaving. I called the front desk to ask for a later check out, the gentleman at the front desk said they don’t do late checkouts. When I checked out, I asked if honors members get late checkouts. His reply “only he only Diamond members” I stated that I’ve never been denied before and the hotel is not full. He stated that that was the policy.I will never stay there again, nor recommend this hotel!!!Very Dissatisfied Room 213

I booked and paid in advance for five nights at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Mobile. When I arrived here, they told me they had sold my room to someone else and that the hotel was full. (Yes, really!) I asked where I was supposed to stay -- never raising my voice or becoming rude despite the absurdity of the situation -- and the front desk lady said "I have no heavenly idea," and walked away.Well, at least I can get a full refund - right? I jumped through hoops calling Hilton corporate, who eventually told me to call the Hampton Inn manager the next day. So, I called the manager the next day hoping he could help; he said he didn't have the online permissions to provide a refund, but he gave me another Hilton corporate number to call.That person was able to grant the manager the online permissions necessary to provide a full refund and recommended them to provide a full refund (as is the only logical course of action, given that they never gave me a room to stay in!). Then, after waiting for three business days, the local manager rejected the refund! ? I cannot make this nonsense up.To the traveler considering staying here: consider your peace of mind and feeling of security/safety that you will actually have a room to stay in when you arrive in Mobile. (Also, see other similar reviews for this establishment if you don't believe this one! I wish I had checked these reviews before booking.) I would instead recommend the Mobile Drury Inn or the Mobile La Quinta Inn, as I've had great experiences with both of these. Wishing you safe travels.

The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also great. My issues are 1- The room had a horrendous smell in the corner. I thought something was dead so we flipped the bed and found nothing. I guess it was in the carpet or something. There's no way housekeeping could miss that awful odor! We were already unpacked, it was night by time we realized settled in and smelled it and I had to be up early the next day, so I was trying to be nice and not mention it to the front desk. It was a big mistake because I woke up every hour smelling it. ? 2-I tried reaching out SEVERAL times with no answer before arriving to inquire about my stay. I also tried online numbers such as reservation line as well as coroparate number listed for Hilton hotels since I had no response with direct phone line but could not get past automated system since it claimed my reservation number was not valid. I paid a month in advance, which was non refundable, had been charged, but for some reason, it said my reservation number which was directly emailed upon paying was not valid to get to a live agent. ??♀️ 3-One of the conference areas was rented out for a test I was taking the next morning. Of course the area I was positioned in that room was directly in front of a window that had a missing blind. I stood 4.5hrs testing with the sun beaming through the window.Overall the staff lady who assisted checking us in was super nice but I would not pick this location to visit again due to my issues. I usually visit Hilton hotels when traveling but I'm definitely reconsidering since I was unable to communicate via phone after my payment was taken for the stay online.
