Terrible service, office smelled horrible when I walked in and then having to pay $125 just to get my belongings because there tower Doug said he doesn’t like confrontation. A good way to rip people who are already having it hard off for extra money if u ask me. Location is hard to find and the area is questionable would not suggest these people.

Very unprofessional people, no curtesy to allow u to gather you’re belongings before towing your car make u pay an additional 125 bucks to come and get your things from a cram packed lot with a foul smelling office.

In the process of towing an auto from my property the driver struck my mailbox causing it to shatter on one side and the door to completely break off. The wooden pole was also knocked out of alignment with a chunk of wood broken off. I called them to report it and sent pictures of the mailbox. They deny they hit the mailbox. I have asked them to simply replace the box or send me a check to purchase it myself and install it myself. Instead of working with me they want to work against me. This is obviously a poorly run business with little or no ethics. I do not recommend them to any person or business. A $30 mailbox is an easy purchase for me or for Guaranteed Recovery to purchase. It is a matter of public relations and the success or failure of a legitimate business.
