I recently moved to the area and my Mercedes was due for service. I called the Mercedes dealership and was shocked at the price I was given. Thankfully I was referred to German Automotive Services. The price was far better and they are very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Moving my 2015 BMW 328i for service from the dealer down the street was one of the best decisions I made during ownership. Richard and his team were always professional, friendly and went out of their way to help me during several unfortunate issues with the vehicle. Although I traded in my 328i to purchase a non-German brand vehicle, I highly recommend anyone who's looking to service their German vehicle outside of the area dealers. You won't be disappointed and will wonder why you hadn't done it sooner!

Never will I do business with richard again!! I took my mercedes there to get a diagnostic ( I had it diagnosed at pep boys already) I took it to German auto for a 2nd diagnosis. My car was knocking and had jumped timing. Instead of richard telling me that he fixed bearings charged me $650 then told me he couldn't fix my problem that I need to go to the dealership or replace my engine. Now to add insult to injury after I told him it would be several days until I could pick up my car ( my wife and I work 12 hr shifts couldn't get there until an off day) he let the air out of my tire and said you got a flat. He pumped the tire up and it has stayed pumped up since...Richard you know what you did was trifling and I would never recommend any patronizing your business...my personal experience with you was horrible man and I hope you read this cause this is the honest truth!!!
