I recently had to have my antique table disassembled, moved to another room, moved back and reassembled with new cloth due to new carpet installation. I received follow up calls on when the specialty cloth I ordered would arrive and be installed. The work was done exactly when they said it would be and the two men who did the work were congenial, very conscientious not only about the work but also taking care not to damage any walls or furniture in moving the table from one room to another. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would recommend without reservation.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lady who was working with us was extremely rude, nasty, and disrespectful. I called to deal with someone else and the owner cursed and yelled for no reason. This place is horrible

Terrible company to do business with. They come out, took my table apart, collected their payment then gave me the runaround for 2 1/2 months. Each time I called they replied, 'I need to get the answer and I'll call you back or the person you need to talk with is not here now and he/she willcall you back'. Two weeks would pass and I'll call them again, only to get the same reply.My table is finally reassemble. I will NEVER do business with them again and I suggest you do not either. Customers who have paid are put on the back burner and forgotten about.

I bought a $4,000 pool table in May of 2021 (paid at that time for backordered table.) Slate was defective months later once they tried to install. It’s now February of 2022 and I’m still trying to get the $50 short stick I ordered with my set. I even stopped in once and they refused to give me a stick they had in stock. Was told on Thursday the 10th of February they would deliver the stick to my house (4th time I’ve been told this would be resolved.) It’s Friday…no stick. I’m out of town next week…I’m showing up on Monday the 21st and leaving with a stick.Worst service of any establishments of any category I’ve ever seen. Wish I could give zero stars. Spend your money elsewhere.

Called several weeks ago to inquire about moving (5 feet), leveling, and replacing felt on a slate pool table. Was told first available appointment would be August 19th so we said that would be fine. Did not hear back so called today to verify what time they would be arriving...apparently they failed to book us and as of yesterday, no longer do labor.

I was very reluctant to write this post because i generally do not complain. However I am not impressed with their commitment to warranty work or repair. I purchased an arcade game and within a month had issues with the joystick that came loose. I called games for homes and on my 6th attempt my call was returned. I am now almost 3 months owning this machine and have not had the machine repaired. If you cant provide service or uphold warranty work you should not sell the product. The sale went well but very disappointed with the aftermath. I would not recommend to my friends to purchase from there.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced pool table, so we decided to go to Games for Homes “just to look”. I noted on their website that they closed at 5:30pm, so I called to confirm their hours. I spoke with Elizabeth who said that she would stay late if we were on our way. I was meeting my husband there but got there first. Elizabeth was very professional and knowledgeable with all of their pool tbales and the differing features which accounted for the range in prices. When my husband arrived about 10 minutes later, she patiently went over all of the information again and answered all of our questions. Needless to say, we purchased a pool table which will be delivered and installed free of charge.
