I have a LIVE ANIMAL that was listed for priority overnight shipping to be here by 10:00 AM this morning. There was a delay in Memphis and I was told that the shipment would not arrive to Mobile until tomorrow morning. Appalled by this I made calls to customer service multiple times and they said there’s nothing that they can do.THEN… I get a notification that she was delivered at 3:00 PM to the Mobile Airport for sorting- a mere 30 minutes away from the hub. I got excited thinking best case scenario was that I could pick her up this evening. When I called for information and to double check on this, THEY SAID I STILL CANNOT GET HER UNTIL TOMORROW AT 10:30! Even though she is not far away, they REFUSE to pull her or expedite her from the trailer she is on. I called customer service, spoke to FED Ex resolution team… everything. I offered to pick her up from the airport as well and they said that was impossible.I told them that the animal being delivered could not survive in its packaging overnight and needs to be retrieved today and was met with no solution or effort. The lack of care, empathy, and sincerity from this company is disgusting. To let an animal sit overnight in a box when there could be some effort to rectify the situation is unfathomable.I am worried over the safety and wellbeing of this pet and am terrified that I will be opening a dead animal tomorrow despite my best efforts. I recommend using a different, hopefully more empathetic and competent, agency for live animal shipments. Because I am heartbroken and disgusted at the lack of care for my pets safety.

they would not accept a package that every FedEx in town said that this location is the only location with a hazardous permit. but refused to take my package. every FedEx said to go to this location, even the phone operator. I ended up having to take the package to a warehouse in another town. HUGE inconvenience. the other locations are fine. but this location (which is the only location in town that is authorized to ship all types of packages) just refused to take my package that had all the proper labeling. i definitely made a complaint . they are not suppose to not accept hazardous packages.WORSE FEDEX IN TOWN. don’t waste your time. Ship with UPS or USPS.

Called 4 times to put in a complaint regarding a driver driving really fast down my 1 lane dirt road. Took my information gave me a report key number so I could check back on my complaint they had nothing. They say their care but they don't.

Fedex is like your local run-down Krystal's that only ever has one busted car in the parking lot, immediately instructs you to pull foraward and park, then proceeds to take 45 min to get it's only customer their food.

Awful, the FedEx app said the package was still in transit to the delivery location, however I got a door hanger saying it had tried to be delivered already hours earlier...what a waste of time and an absolute joke of a company.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I purchased a very important item that was needed immediately. I paid extra for the shipping and Fed Ex refuses to deliver my package.

I am a manager for a local company that regularly uses Fedex Express Pick-up; however, the last 3 scheduled pick-ups were either not picked up at all, or it was not scanned by the driver properly, which caused the delivery to be late by a whole day. This has been a continuous issue the last month or so with lack of pick up or mishandled packages upon pick up. I would appreciate a local representative assisting with this issue, as the toll free number has been no assistance at all in handling these ongoing occurences. We have used Fedex Express for the last 3 years with no issues until recently. I would appreciate someone taking the time to actually resolve this. Thank you.

I do like FedEx but unfortunately they did not deliver my package to my door my address they did have, but they did not deliver it so now I have to go into the store and pick it up. I never received my package. My mailbox is about a quarter mile from my house in a community location and fed ex left a note on the mailbox saying sorry we missed you, NOT AT MY HOUSE…..meaning that they didn’t leave my package. Well now they’re saying that they delivered it. FALSE!!! I have cameras on my house and no packages were delivered that day. Also, my house numbers are big as day on the front of my house. They said the fed ex driver said they delivered my package though. Hmmm where’s it at and where did they leave it since I live out in the woods??? BUT, there’s been a couple times they just left my packages on the ground at my mailbox where anyone could have picked it up. Still not resolved. Will not use or recommend fed ex
