I have always had pleasant experiences. Very professional. One time, I believed my material was offensive to the clerk. But they never showed any outward signs when working with me. Great remote work environment if you need a break from your home office.

DO NOT SEND THE LADY THAT COMES TO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES EVER AGAIN!!!! SHE THROWS MY PACKAGES EVERY TIME SHE DROPS OFF MY STUFF SHE EVEN THREW ONE PACKAGE IN AN ANT HILL IN MY DRIVEWAY WHICH IS 25 FT AWAY FROM MY DOOR I HAVE HER ON VIDEO ON OUR DOOR CAMERA AND OUR CAMERAS OR FRONT YARD AND I HAVE ASKED HER A NUMBER OF TIMES TO LEAVE MY STUFF ON A PATIO TABLE OR A CHAIR CAUSE I AM HANDICAPPED I GUESS YOU DONT NEED TO BE SMART TO WORK AT FEDEX PLEASE DO NOT EVER SEND HER BACK I WILL KEEP COMPLAINING UNTIL SHE DOES EVER COME!!!!! I LIVE IN MOBILE 36605 MAYBE THAT WE WILL HELP AND ALSO TO TOP IT OFF SHE SPEEDS DOWN THE BLOCK WITH CHILDREN WHO PLAY !!!

To summarize, don’t use FedEx store #1549 unless you are paying cash. This as I was overcharged here. I bought a box for $16.49 from here in late April. The store was having issues with their point of sale system that day. Multiple charges for $16.49 were made by Fedex to my debit card a few days later. I was overcharged a total of $82.45. The store staff does apologize but blame Fedex corporate. No refund given. As of a month later, I’m still out the $82.45.

Brandon and the staff at this location were incredibly timely and helpful. Had to make changes to a product after it was printed, and the team went the extra mile to ensure that the request was completed prior to the deadline.

Good place, I come here often to print or make copies. I can get some basic office supplies cheaper here then at Walmart. I would of have five stars, but this FedEx never has staplers, paper clips or rubber bands out near the copiers. I'm not sure why, but every FedEx I visited in California always has these supplies available.

Staff extremely helpful. I forwarded the email with the label, printed at no charge, across the street competitors charge 4 dollars to "open email". Helped secured my package and I wad out in 2 minutes. Not my first time there. Excellent.
