I never had any problems at all with FedEx.. Lately there are scams saying this company has tried to deliver a package and I wasn't home and they want you to click on a link- Beware bc it is not FedEx someone is trying to get your information, Fed Ex has your info. For you and you have a tracking number so beware its not FedEx!!

I was suppose to receive my package on Friday at my wife's job, I chatted with your online bot to change my the address. I went to your facility on Saturday to pick but because I changed the address that was put on another truck and couldn't be taken off. I was told that it would be delivered today Saturday the the 28th only to find out that is wasn't gonna delivered until Monday the 29th.....I'm not happy
