I needed to speak to a HUMAN BEING! You have to argue with the computer to even figure out how to do that!!! Guess what? I've never shipped a cold package with anyone. I just needed to ask a simple question! AND I DONT HAVE A SHIPPING LABEL # OR A DOOR TAG #!!!!! Thanks for NOTHING fedex!
