I was in Mobile for a tennis tournament, and my car started running rough - check engine light came on. Being from out of town, and not being able to use my regular mechanic, I didn't know where to take it for service. Friends suggested several places, but the one I finally got hold of was Fausak on Schillinger. I called and Mike said bring it in. They checked the code and found leaking gasket that was fouling spark plugs and coils. They fixed the car and I got it back the same day before closing. What a relief! Runs great again! I was extremely pleased with the fast and professional service. I am in Mobile a lot, so I am happy I found a shop I can trust whenever I may need it. Thank you Mike, and everyone else that may have worked on my car. You guys were a life saver. I highly recommend Fausak on Sclillinger.

Honest Salespeople. They don't try to upsell you unless you ask and they are always super professional and friendly. I tell everyone I know to take they're vehicles to Fausak.

The guys here are awesome!
Put. New tires on and they were rubbing the suspension slightly, the guys knew exactly what to do and adjusted it so it wouldn’t touch any more!

Local and family owned and you can tell. I called 5 minutes before they closed on a Saturday and Eric was still more than happy to help and order tires for my car.
After arriving the following Monday, Eric informed me that he found a similar prices tire with a better warranty after he got off the phone with me and ordered both in case i wanted the longer warranty tires.
During a busy day, their communication was top notch, keeping me up to date on the progress.
You can tell they understand that reputation professionalism drive future business and I will definitely be bringing my car back for all future work.
