I've been using Fausak Tire for many years. They have alw a ts treated me well and have great mechanics. As a musician, most of my work requires me to drive from 60 to 200 miles to play. I'm hard on vehicles and tires. I manage to wear tires out quickly but Fausak's always gets me into the shop and back on the road quickly with a new tire and no wiggles at 75mph. I'm a happy customer.

I had the most AMAZING experience with Fausak tires on Government Blvd. I was traveling solo from Montgomery AL to Houston TX and had a blowout. While waiting on the tow truck, I googled tire stores, and I know it was a God thing because, I selected this store. I spoke to Mason (who was exceptional) and he had the tire and pulled it and had it waiting for me to arrive. Went in and spoke to the service man (sorry, his name escapes me at the moment) but he too was simply fantastic. they knew I was traveling and got to my car right away. While doing the tire thing they noticed my brakes were "beyond failing" and strongly cautioned me against trying to drive to TX and back. I knew they were being honest because I had been hearing noise but ignored it. anyway.... they went straight to work and got the job done as quickly as possible and turned out I only needed brake pads... so... they did not go overboard and sell me something I didn't need. I cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness to them enough. I feel deeply God was in control of this whole situation and led me to all the right people. From the tow truck driver to the people I met at Fausak. It was a delay in my traveling plans, but I cannot say it was an unpleasant experience..... cause it really was not. Thank you to all involved.

Gene was awesome! Very friendly staff. Dropped my car off that morning and was fixed by the afternoon. Would definitely recommend and go again. 10/10

They were very helpful, kind, and stayed in contact with me all day. I have literally dumped thousands of dollars at Mavis trying to fix a vibration in my car that Fausak’s had fixed by noon! I refuse to go anywhere else! If this is the treatment every customer gets I would 100% recommend.
