Fast and honest! One of the technicians made a mistake while working on my truck and they immediately told me and fixed the issue. They could have hidden it but they didn’t. I’ll definitely go back in the future

Came in to get an oil change and the crew was super nice they topped off all my fluids for me and let me know that I had a main seal gasket leak and the manager Joey was great I want to say thank u for everything y’all have done to make my experience great and I saw someone there working that I haven’t seen since he left Jiffy lube so a big shout out to the tech Joey for checking out my cabin air filter had it replaced as well as my engine air filter and new wipers this shop deserves an A plus and I will be back and I will get everyone I know to start coming here they didn’t pressure me into buying anything like how they asked if I wanted my truck vacuumed as well. I also like how they play Christian Music at the shop hope I don’t get them in trouble talking about them playing music while at work I was in and out in about 10-15 mins God bless the workers at fausak on cottage hill rd.

This Fausak location is the best around. Always very professional. You are in and out before you know it. Never have had an issue with any maintenance they have preformed. Great place, great people!!

The service was absolutely superb I arrived and approached with smiling faces the service was quick my car was vacuumed out windshield cleaned and oil change less than 25 min wow the professionalism of the crew is amazing also they honor the military with a great discount I will be returning for sure.
