I can't say enough about Rachel Esfeller and how awesome she is. She assisted me in obtaining homeowners insurance for my mom and it was a lengthy process (no fault of hers or Farmers). When I would reach out to her, she was always quick to respond. She takes the time to explain everything. She was extremely empathetic with all we had to go through for this policy. Definitely impressed with her commitment to go that extra mile.

I have been unintentionally rude , absentminded, ignorant, micromanaging, unavailable, disconnected from the beginning of working with contacting Alex Collins, Brent Little, mortgage broker for rocket mortgage, Keonna Etienne Experienced, calm, patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with immediate response to my concerns, so easy to understand, enjoyable, prompt, way available, I am certain I have been the hardest client they ever had or will ever have. I'm old,ill, I don't have skills in providing documentation over internet, I am nearly blind doing all tasks to aquire insurance , for my home, to locate understandings about properties, to achieve a loan through a very long process , meanwhile being to time zones away.
These individuals are extremely qualified, trustworthy, involved in bringing the BEST service , above average, gentle, but PROFESSIONAL, ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY, putting one at ease each time the overwhelming paralysis ,being petrified of this journey we're on in relocating to alabama from the Olympic Peninsula since May 22 when my dear husband had a stroke, and we found we had no medical care in our area,that we'd have to travel two hours one way to get medical care for his stroke, that was caused by unknown atrial fibrillation, that was caused by unknown heart attack, damaging his heart and causing heart failure and need for cardiac surgeons that we do not have in our area closest ones are two tolls away and an everopening draw bridge 2 hrs and 46 minutes away. However this Rocky, slippery , no oxygen everest climb we're on these professionals that have dropped into my contact list have been not only good but superb Samaritans in fulfilling my needs from them.

Malory Andras handled everything with rocket speed and precision. I needed to add a new car to my existing policy in a little rush because it was Thursday, I would have the car at the Dealer's office on Saturday when Farmers will be closed. Ms. Andras answered the phone and had it done!! Wonderful lady.

Update!!! Rachel Esfeller is still my go to resource for handling our Insurance needs!!! She is always freindly and handles all the yucky paperwork and stuff i dont understand. Never have i ever had any problems or been unsatisfied. Thank you again for always being there for us!!!

As a first time home owner, Shawn has helped me multiple times in the last year. I emailed him about a week ago to file my claim and he got me all my information quickly, and told me to let him know if there is anything he can do for me. I appreciate him reaching out to me, making sure I didn’t need more assistance with my claim. He made sure I was well taken care of.
