Because every time I go in I feel like I'm at an Asian grocery market with how many of the boxes and supplies are everywhere on the floor. It feels like I'm at one of those kind of stores. And I know I'm not the only one that thinks of this family Dollar is remnants of one of those types of stores

This store may be small, but it's packed with great deals. The staff is always friendly and very professional. Great place to do a quick shopping trip without the big crowds.

If you plan on purchasing any groceries or food items such as lunch meats from this Family Dollar, please be sure to check the expiration dates because some of these items are outdated or close to being expired! Also, check the expiration dates on the medications. I almost bought some expired medication off the shelf at this store. Fortunately, I just happened to look at the expiration date.

Came here nearly 20 minutes before they closed, and just needed two items. Stood at the locked door for 5 minutes, and knocked on the door. Had a rude employee come to the door to say they’re closed, and asked what time they closed. Just bad employees, bad service, negative service every time. What’s the point of coming back?

I was excited to come to this location, being fairly new. Walk in, a bunch of kids all in the way(employees) the explicit music turned full blast,& the employees & kids saying the words. I left, walked down a copy isles, the kids followed me, talking about me the whole time. Then I hear, oh she stealing. I'm 32 years old, and do not steal,nor cuss in public! I sat my items down, and left. This was a let down!!!

Came to the store on today. Just like any other to pick up a couple of items. But had to use the restroom. Was told that the restroom were out of order. But I was told this in the past. But when I asked another associate about it. Was told that’s how they monitor their shrink. Just horrible. The store manager is so polite but this new crew and assistant manager tells nothing but lies. Just going to stay shopping only in the daytime.

Some of these employees seem unprofessional. They have music playing in this store with that is highly offensive even with cuss words that are usually bleeped out on television. I am glad that I don't have any small kids with me whenever I go to this store exposing them to this GARBAGE that is called "music"!!!I don't know who the manager or supervisor is of this particular Family Dollar, but he or she needs to get these employees straight or get rid of them and hire some BETTER ones!!!

Horrible customer service & mgmt! Have a whole rack of 60% off! Did they honor it? The ans is No! Dollar General at least honor their prices. But this is what happens when you have raggedy mgmt! I should call corporate because they can get fined for false advertisement! Buyer beware, check your receipts!

Most employees are friendly, great attitudes. Store is generally clean, organized, shelves can be somewhat there from time to time, don't always have what I need in stock or not on shelf at least.
