I have been a very satisfied customer of Fairhope card for at least 25 years. I have never been disappointed in anything that they have. The cards are special and I love both the outside and the inside of the cards. The messages that the cards send are wonderful and a blessing to me and to the recipient.

Manager is so rude and so ghetto. Sarah is beyond rude. I called due to something they claimed they send me yet they do not have prove. All I want to know is who they gave the stuff to they claimed they send and can’t nobody tell me who. They only say they mailed a green book and greeting cards. Like no. People please be careful. I’m only being charged $20 but please be careful of these scammers. Please. They are rude. They try to scare you so that you pay for things never sent or received. Smh so sad the world we live in.

The puzzles are a wonderful blessing to me. At 73 I like to sit and watch the news and a bit of TV but working on a puzzles blesses my soul without wasting my time sitting still!! I love to memorize the verse and do the Bible Study that they send with the puzzle. Bless you beyond words for your ministry.

Warning to potential buyers of these cards:I am SO disappointed in this company! The cards are very nice and I had a subscription to receive them on a regular basis several years ago. I recently ordered another set of cards, which I did not receive. I tried calling the company several times and received no answer. I finally talked to someone this morning, who told me they have an answering machine and they always return calls. To me, she was saying she didn't believe I called them.I continued to get a bill for $18.94. I was told that because I didn't call them sooner, there was no way for them to know what happened to the package and that I would be turned over to a collection agency if I did not pay. I'm tired of arguing and don't want my excellent credit to be damaged by $18.94, so I paid it. I am VERY sad about this because these are beautiful cards, but I will not do business with a company I don't trust.

This company has continually harassed my 86 year old grandmother for greeting cards they “sent”. I have talked to them multiple times but somehow every time they seem to not have the conversation in their notes. And in this last letter accused my grandmother of stealing their cards. Unprofessional AND Un-Christian.

I just called and spoke with Gwen about my dad's account. I tell her that my dad just passed away and that I'm calling to let them know as he has an outstanding balance. I don't even get so much as an "I'm sorry for your loss"! I get questioned about returning the product or paying for it! Absolutely disgraceful!

I love the cards that I get from FairHope! They're beautiful and have a great Bible verse in them. I also love the fact that they are made in the state I live in! I would recommend these cards to anyone who loves sending cards.
