Took my car here a while back to diagnose a problem. They did not find time to pinpoint the exact problem but charged me for something they though was related, which led to breakdown and very costly repairs. I was lied to, pushed away and told that my negative feedback would not matter because they "have plenty of specialty business, so bad reviews won't hurt them".I think that's why i'm taking the time to write this review.These are not the same mechanics who cared about customers years ago. Mechanics, take pride in your work and remember customer service! Next stop BBB!

Spent $928.24 in 3 visits within 6 WEEKS at this shop. Every time I called to check on my car and if it was ready, I was hassled that they did NOT have the time to talk to me cause they were short staffed. I was often cut short on calls where I was informing them of what I hoped the outcomes would be. I have ALL receipts. When I contacted them today about my displeasure with their past actions, I told them I was still willing to have them try to replace my water pump. However, I did inform them of my disappointments with their prior "repairs". I was told by Paul that they no longer wanted my business. What company DOES NOT WANT income or revenue? Contact me at jjisaseasyas123@gmail if you want more info and or copies of my invoices. I am towing my car almost a hundred miles to get proper attention now due to this poor service and waste of my time and money. These people ALWAYS act as if "THEY " are the customer and "YOU" are a pain in the rear ...... AVOID THIS SHOP

I've been to many VW dealers from Alabama to California for repairs, and many other shops like Firestone, etc.. Now that I've been here, I'll never take my car to another shop - especially not a VW dealership. These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, fast, and have the best prices possible. This was probably the best experience I've had having my car repaired. If you have a VW/Audi out of warranty, do not take it to the dealership for repairs; bring it to Everett's Automotive.

We were on a road trip passing through Alabama and ran into some troubles with our westfalia. Howard took care of us immediately, fixed us up, and sent us on our way within hours. Great guy, shop has plenty of parts, would definitely recommend!
