He fought for us to get a house. The details of the homebuying process went exactly how it was predicted. There were no surprises in terms of what would be covered. Anything Joey Reid said would happen occurred in the fashion. He told us. There was not a better lending company I could work with than Embrace.

I contacted Embrace on 5/21/24 and spoke with Amber Sims about my husbands and I current financial and credit situation and expressed to her that we were not ready to buy due to some things we needed to fix. At first she was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I asked her if she’d be willing to help guide us to getting us ready to purchase and she assured me that she would. Amber stated that my husband needed to put in an application so that she can view his information and she would give us a call back the next day. I even made her aware of his current score etc. My husband filled out the application on 5/22/24. I texted Amber to let her know he had filled out the application and we did not get a response. This is where things started to get weird. On 5/23/24 I called Amber and told her my husband filled out the application and what is her feedback. She claimed that she hadn’t received the application and that she would give us a call back as soon as she finished with her current client. We did Not receive any calls that day or the next day. As of 5/28/24 we still haven’t heard from Amber at Embrace home loans. I DO NOT recommend this company if you are looking for help to push you to the final steps. My husband and I feel really violated after sharing personal information and being ignored. Don’t work with this company unless you’re ready to sign on the dotted lines the same day!

Kenny’s knowledge and excellent communication took a great amount of pressure and stress out of the home buying process for us as first-time homebuyers! We highly recommend working with him and Embrace and are so grateful we got to work with somebody who truly felt like they were looking out for us and had our best interests at heart!
