Was dealing with Reggie. Told him I had people coming to look at a car this Saturday and to let me know if anything changes. He didn’t call me. I had people drive two hours to look at the car and when they got there, it was sold. Reggie had sold in on Friday.

I went to elite bc 2 friends of my have purchased vehicles there in the past and recommended them. After my experience there I would recommend them as well. Reggie and the staff were up front forthright and got me in the car I wanted with no hidden costs and no surprises along the way. Very professional and friendly business. Thank you elite motors.

they sold me a bad car. my car didn’t last a year. i asked the salesman to let me test drive it on the interstate and they wouldn’t let me. this dealership is a fraud and scam.

Pleaseeeeeeeee DON’T Buy a car from this people they are a scam they tell you to tell the bank you pay $1000 and didn’t I only had my truck for 90 days transmission issues other issues as well asked for my down payment the owner was rude and cursed me out twice they are a scam I work to hard for them to play with my money I’ve dealt with many different car lot and I’ve never had this experience

Heyy this car lot is a 0/10 me and my family went there because they told my mom to bring her car up there right after she paid her car note they said “we are just gonna take a look at the car” we get up there they tells my mom “sorry u can’t get your car back” right after she paid over $500. they didn’t have the heart to even stay out there and wait on our ride to come, it was dark and cold and we was alone in front of the building ( we lived 2 hours away) they told my mom she would get her money back the next day now she calls back to back and all they do is hang up in her face?♀️so in my opinion they are cold hearted scammers!!

I wish I could give more!!! These people were the only ones out of 7 dealerships that "promised" they would get me financing on a truck and actually did! You guys are amazing and I want to thank you for gettin a deal done. I didn believe you cause I was told by other dealerships that they could get me in a truck of my choosing an let down by them. But Dennis told me it would happen and between Kevin and Dennis. I drove away!!! Thank yall

I purchased this van from them,, that key fob works for a while and then stopped working. I ended up getting locked out my car in the cold had a locksmith to come unlock the door so that I can get in the vehicle and ended up having to get another door key made for the same vehicle,,, ended up going to the car lot had a talk with the manager. One locksmith charge me $145 to make a boot key for the van,, another locksmith charge me $120 to pop the door open because the key fob did not work , the car lot owner said he is not going to reimburse me for the locksmith coming out to pop the door open with me standing out in the cold he’s only going to reimburse me $145 and gave me a long sad story about this and about that so with that being said, this is not a good car lot they do not stand behind they ward so I advise everyone to be cautious about buying a vehicle from this place. I can go on some more with this conversation, but I am going to end it here.
