I’m hesitant to even allow 1 star. My experience was so unbelievably horrible I’m still trying to figure out if it was real. Long story short. My 2 year old needed to potty. I asked the cashier for the key to the bathroom. As she was handing it to me the manager came over literally yelling no customers allowed in the bathroom. I then walked to the back of the store to get my mom and the manager continued mouthing off all sorts of unnecessary rude comments about me so loud that I heard it across the store. I politely walked back to her and said “mam I’m a customer and don’t appreciate you yelling about me. Could you please stop because I find it very disrespectful.” She kept yelling and brought me to boiling point. I should have just left but said “I hope my daughter pees on your floor.” Skipping over a bunch details of her continuing to mouth off with me saying nothing she worked herself into such a frenzy she called the cops and told them I was threatening her and she was worried about her safety. Mind you I am a 120 pound girl in yoga pants with a 2 year old and 70 year old mother. Threatening??? I asked the cashier for the managers name that was yelling at me and the name of the district manager and she started yelling “ don’t tell her anything don’t talk to her” as well as other obscenities . So I left and went to the store next door so my daughter could use the restroom. By then the cops had arrived. I started explaining to them the situation when she walked out with guns a blazin and her mouth running. I then told the cops I don’t care about this may I leave. Cops obviously realized the lady had lost her mind and let me leave.Worst costumer service doesn’t even begin describe this insane situation. If that’s the kind of person they hire as a store manager I have very little faith in the company as whole.

Will never set foot in this store again. There should be negative stars. Manager rude and nasty and had no compunction about terrorizing a 2 year old because she had to go potty.Will now shop at Pop Shelf and Five Below.

Rude cashier! Got an attitude with my husband because SHE forgot to ring up OUR items. She claimed that he “forgot them” on her belt, “holding up her line” when he went back in to get them. I’m confused on how it’s our fault that she didn’t ring them up. This location needs to hire people who have good customer service instead of attitudes.

I ordered item from website, got email that it arrived at store. It was such easy transaction. I went in store, clerk had it pulled, I picked up then left. Loved it. Will do this again. This is my closest store, and it's clean, generally we'll stocked.
