Are they permanently closed??? its been like this for a while now

Every single time I go in the last few weeks the same closed sign is on the door with workers inside. What is going on.

Do they just close early or are they never opened? Because every time we go there is always a sign on the door that says closed and it be 6:30 but on here it says open we be confused
