My husband and I went to the store at 830 to get a carrier/sports rack we saw available in store online. We stopped at the front to minimize our search since we knew exactly what we wanted. The guy with the hair locs working the register and another guy with glasses and tattoos on both arms said they didn't sell it. I asked were they sure or just assuming. Then my husband told them that it was online and available for in store pick up. Then they proceeded to check on the radio and said the response they didn't carry it. We were then told to order offline or try the one in Daphne. So we decided to search around the store for ourselves anyways. Then at 848 we walked right upon the exact item we were looking for. Anthony helped us but realized it was the display and the only one and it didn't have a key. He called over Kiana to assist and she said they couldn't sell it to us as there was not a key to it and they didn't have another one in a box. She offered us to try another brand and was very pleasant about it. Kiana and Anthony exemplified great customer service. The first two people we encountered weren't trying to be helpful and I hate I didn't get their names. Thanks to Anthony and Kiana for their great customer service and patience in helping us and trying to find a resolution.

It’s cool having a place where the staff doesn’t smack their lips or act like it’s an inconvenience when you need help. Most of the staff is knowledgeable about sports and can help with golf clubs, bats, cloth, and if they don’t they will find someone that does.

I was shopping for one on my patrons and me having no idea where the items were, I have had issues shopping. I go up the counter where there are a few workers, and I ask one that is unavailable, where my items and a specific brand are. She tells me they are in the back of the store, which is fine. Another worker, named Ryan, a gentleman with Dreads, overheard and actually provided a simple, yet detailed and descriptive route to the exact items I needed, displaying his knowledge of the stock, even while he was helping another customer. With his direction I was able to find the items very easily in this very large store. Without it I would have surely had problems finding it in an efficient manner. Thank you Ryan!

I just wanted to say that I appreciate the time and effort put into helping me by the employees of this Dick’s sporting goods. I had come in last week, I believe it was a Thursday and had several encounters with the employees who were all extremely kind and helpful. Brayden, I believe his name was, helped me with the hardest challenge of them all by ordering volleyball shoes for my team that I’ve been having the hardest time finding everyone’s size in. He was very kind and really saved my life with these shoes. I needed them kind of soon as well and he ensured me I would get them in time for our game this Thursday and we got all of them today! I just wanted to say thank you very much for helping me and also to the girl who I didn’t get her name, but helped me with the shorts. Thanks so much❤️❤️

We visit this store a minimum of once a week to buy sports stuff, cups etc. today was by far the worst customer service Destiny really needs to find a job where she is not dealing with the public. She acted like it was an inconvenience for us to look and decide what color of Stanley cup to get and that she had to get it for us. Disappointed is an understatement.

Went to buy my son a set of golf glubs waiting for a little while for someone to help. No big deal and hit the help button. After about five minutes an employee named Lee came up with a terrible attitude snapping at us saying he was only gone five minutes and was complaint because he was called back. Then refused to help with picking out clubs or letting my son swing any clubs to check them out. Said we couldn't do that. EXTREMELY RUDE the whole time. He stormed off. We went to find a manager because we still need some golf clubs. They sent us a manager who was extremely nice and helpful by showing us the clubs and letting my son take some practice swings. While he was hitting, Lee came back up standing behind our family and drops the F-bomb right next to me 12 year old daughter along with some other choice words. He then storms off again and proceeds to go try on some shoes. This was an absolutely insane experience and if this is how he treats people I have no idea how he has a job! The only reason they get two stars is that the manager was extremely nice and helpful.

This is a pretty cool storm a little on the pricey side but you can find some good sales The employees were very nice and helpful The stores clean.

Went to purchase shoes. Online said they were in stock. Drove across the city just to be disappointed. Store Clerk was semi helpful.

How's is this place still in business?! So sad that another brick and morter will soon be closing due to poor customer service and prices. You have to hunt someone down just to get into a changing room and they have things out that can't even be purchased.The 5 stars reviews are definitely fake.
