I absolutely hate this carrier!!! not only did they take 120 dollars from me and charged me again, but they locked my phone that I bought from another company to their network so when i tried to leave their company i had to buy another phone worst experience ever

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the staff has to work for cricket wireless. The cricket wireless customer support leaves a lot to be desired. However, the people working for them are great!?

The gentlemen that helped us was great! It was not his fault what happened. Our experience was terrible with customer service on the phone and so I left a review. They took my review down. As you can see their was no profanity or anything to have taken it down. I just don't want anyone to make the mistake that we did. We have been with this company for almost a decade. I tried explaining to them something was not right with our box. They only went by what their computers were saying. Machines make mistakes. They would not give us another box after asking several times. Please just beware.

Karolyn and Elvia we're amazing went to upgrade my phone and they helped me find a new phone and case that fit my personality....they were jus a great store in general.... definitely coming back jus to pay my bill even tho they are an hour away
