I was visiting my son from Birmingham and did not have time to get my meds before I left. Maggie helped me plow through all the problems of getting my class 2 drug for my cancer. She was fantastic!!! The best pharmacy I have ever worked with. When I get back home I’m switching all meds to Costco!!! Thanks Maggie , your the best!!!!!

My family going back YEARS has always loved shopping at Costco. We purchase everything we possibly can through Costco, from furniture, eye exams, gas, food etc. One of the reasons we do purchase everything through Costco is because their customer service is second to none. Unfortunately this is no longer the case since the new GM, Greg Wright, came to the Mobile AL location. Greg Wright is condescending and insulting to customers, bordering on harassment. He doesn't exemplify the Costco standard but rather he's an embarrassment to the company's standards. The employees at this location are, also, not happy as they once were. Comments have been made by employees regarding Greg's rude manner. Bring back the old GM who actually cared about the store and it's employees/customers or you will lose your customers. Greg should not be allowed to treat customers in the degrading way that he does. In the meantime, my family will take our business elsewhere.

I just love Costco.This store was very clean, orderly and well stocked. Especially enjoyed their seafood food options. Lobster, king Crab and Musssels. Paired these with asparagus, corn on the cob and romaine.....All were delicious. Well packaged. Check out a breeze...I have been to many costco locations. This one keeps their name proud !!I have noticed price increases, though I blame that on our chief in command.

During my last Costco visit I was overwhelmed with an act of customer service. Elexis was so helpful helping me get a heavy box of fire logs into my truck. Awesome service above and beyond.

I was visiting from Louisiana and decided to make a stop at Costco. I was very impressed with not only the store, but all of the employees were so friendly. I even stopped and talked to several customers! The selection was outstanding, I saw so many things I have never seen in our store in Baton Rouge. I will most definitely be back!

Shopping was great. Prices and stock was lovely. Self check out was a bit of a pain in the butt and felt slower than the alternative. Other than that the food was also very yummy and highly recommended.

Loved Costco. They have the best meat and seafood for a lower price compared to regular stores. I am tempted to buy their couches too, maybe next time

It's Costco! One of the only places my husband and I like to shop together. They seem to have everything you need and more you want for great prices. The customer service has always been great for us whether returning an item or looking for something.

Brand new business and the store is clean but the service is abysmal Workers range from dishonest to rude, often both. I've been a Costco member for 27 years but am letting my membership go. I dont need the headache. They clearly haven't hired people who have any experience in customer service. Good riddance!!

Mobile Costco Hearing offers an affordable amazing product. But the most amazing part is their staff. Jade is a real audiologist! And her supportive staff is a great asset. I can't say enough about the hearing aid product and service. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for me. Please add this location to your choices when searching for hearing aids.

This Costco is horrible. Actually all Costco are employed by people who want a little power. There are people all over the store, mask down or below the nose, employees included but he feels the need to be a j*** and didn’t want to check out unless the mask is above the nose. Costco is horrible!!!!!!

Don't try to buy an appliance online with Costco, you'll end up frustrated and angry. You'll wait weeks for it, and when it arrives damaged (and I've been told that's about half the time) it is a nightmare scenario trying to understand how to return it and have it replaced. It's incomprehensible how such a large company can have such a lack of customer service and such inefficiencies, resulting in complete customer dissatisfaction. It honestly makes me want to give up my membership.
