First I had an appointment for 3 weeks out. They called had to reschedule for 2 more weeks. Had appointment told to walk around store to try them out. Came back to be told to come back next week for a fitting at 2. They called day before to reschedule for 11. Get there to be told appointment was at 10. Told I could reschedule soonest is 2 weeks. This is unacceptable.

It's pretty tucked in pretty far in a shopping plaza if you're coming from the interstate. There's two lovely roundabouts and it's about 1 mile back from the main road so it's a bit inconvenient to get to compared to most other locations. The gas station is also cordoned way off to the side and require you to get on a side road in order to get in line. Not my favorite but I'm surprised there's even a Costco in Alabama.

I had a negative experience with the pharmacy about 3 or 4 years ago but decided to give them another chance after Winn Dixie closed their pharmacies and wish I hadn't bothered since I just learned they never bothered to transfer my prescriptions as specifically discussed with a Costco pharmacy employee on Oct. 2nd. In short, the employees at the Costco pharmacy have zero respect for their customers' time, and expect you to wait on them. So much for "customer service". Bye Costco!

This review is for the Costco Eye Center. I've purchased 3 pairs of prescription glasses there but will not be purchasing any more and will recommend others not to do so. One pair I bought broke - and I treat my glasses well, so there's no reason for the breakage. Another pair are useless to me because I cannot see well enough in them. That leaves one out of the 3 pairs that I can use. Not a very good track record. And I was told that they don't warranty their frames. Very disappointed in my Costco Eye Center experience.

I'm not sure why, but every single time I come here. I can not get my propane tank refilled. They always have some sort of excuse for not being able to fill it. I don't understand why they have a propane refill station. If they never utilize it and their customer never get to use it. One of the times I came to get it refilled me, and about 5 other people were standing in line. And the guy came out and said, "Oh, it's lightning out here. I can't feel for an hour. " All of us just looked at each other and said. What are you talking about? It's not lightning!? I think they just got someone who's lazy and doesn't want to do his job. I hope management sees this review and does something about it.

My family going back YEARS has always loved shopping at Costco. We purchase everything we possibly can through Costco, from furniture, eye exams, gas, food etc. One of the reasons we do purchase everything through Costco is because their customer service is second to none. Unfortunately this is no longer the case since the new GM, Greg Wright, came to the Mobile AL location. Greg Wright is condescending and insulting to customers, bordering on harassment. He doesn't exemplify the Costco standard but rather he's an embarrassment to the company's standards. The employees at this location are, also, not happy as they once were. Comments have been made by employees regarding Greg's rude manner. Bring back the old GM who actually cared about the store and it's employees/customers or you will lose your customers. Greg should not be allowed to treat customers in the degrading way that he does. In the meantime, my family will take our business elsewhere.

I just love Costco. This store was very clean, orderly and well stocked. Especially enjoyed their seafood food options. Lobster, king Crab and Musssels. Paired these with asparagus, corn on the cob and romaine.....All were delicious. Well packaged. Check out a breeze... I have been to many costco locations. This one keeps their name proud !! I have noticed price increases, though I blame that on our chief in command.

I went and had a hearing test done as I was told to go see an ENT in order to get my hearing aid and return with paperwork and the hearing aid would be ordered. I returned and was treated rudely by a guy that I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to because he was on a personal phone call and wasn’t happy that I interrupted his call. I was told that the paperwork that I received from the doctor was not good enough and I had to get another form filled out. I would have to return a week later and get the hearing aid. Today was my appointment and I was informed that they need to reschedule for a week later. Oh and to top it off I missed the special price that they had on the device I wanted. “Basically I Don’t Care “attitude. I was about to spend $2000 for the devices and they acted like I was trying to get them for Free. I just wanted to pay and order my hearing aids. CRAZY

Costco has some of the best quality fuel in the country. Better prices but not always worth the extra wait in line.

Loved Costco. They have the best meat and seafood for a lower price compared to regular stores. I am tempted to buy their couches too, maybe next time

I purchased the Kirkland 8.0. which are awesome. I trialed the Resound for several days a few months ago, at a different hearing center, and they are also good but more $. The COSTO audiologist who’s name starts with “H” has excellent customer service skills and is very competent and thorough in examination. They perform many tests including REM to assure a good program for your prescription. The experience exceeded my expectations. Overall a great value IMO.

Treated with professionalism and complete honesty! At the urging of my wife I had my hearing tested here today. A kind and professional lady named India put me through the paces. This was a very new experience for me as I have never had my hearing tested in 62 years. My wife complains I don’t hear her. At the end of the test I was told I have some high range hearing issues (which would explain some difficulties hearing my wife) but nothing that would be improved by purchasing hearing aids. These folks could have told me ANYTHING and I would have rolled over and purchased whatever hearing aids they steered me towards. But they were honest and told me my hearing was OK!
