On hold for almost an hour. I have bragged on this place for years but service the past 6 months have been better. I will be holdinguntil one they close for the weekemd or two someone calls me other phone. We will see.

Worst customer service experience. In a branch or trying to contact by phone, they are terrible.. They have good rates on new car loans but terrible service. No apologizes needed, just hire people that care, or at least act like they care.

Absolutely love every teller and loan officer I've dealt with in my 10+ years of banking with New Horizon's. My issue is the customer support when you call the main branch line. You can stay on hold for hours! I have a simple question, yet I can't get anyone to answer the line. I cheated and went to collections and of course someone answered right away but refused to help and now I'm on hold again.... Customer service is everything when you're such a small bank. What if I needed to report fraud and couldn't get someone on the phone for hours??? This is unacceptable.Update: Over an hour and a half of waiting and no answer. Finally set up a call back from the answering service. Let's see how long it takes for a call back...

I've been banking with NHCU for about a decade now and just finally got around to trying them for a mortgage. Best rates I could find and Karine Smith ent far beyond my expectations in customer service. Glad I've got a good place to go!

I just wanted to take a moment and give a review on New Horizons Credit Union. I have been a member for several years now and I have never had anything but good experiences with them. Every interaction I have had, whether in a branch and/or through the corporate office has been nothing but positive. The customer service has been top notch and they have excellent rates. I have nothing but praise for this Credit Union - which is due to their staff. I refinanced a home and had nothing but positive experiences with them. The loan officer Karine Smith and loan processor Brittney Wittner were great to work with. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it - which is hard to find these days! I have said it before and I am sure I will say it again - but to put it into perspective - I refinanced a home with less hassle and in a fraction of the time on the phone than I spent trying to cancel a Sirius XM subscription a few years ago. Again - great Credit Union - supported by great employees. Thank you all for making things so simple and keeping your commitments over the years. It is really appreciated!
