Highly trained and professional staff. Explains things in detail, and in ways that is understood. They have Experience and knowledge that cannot be taught in class. Knowledgeable about insurance.

I would like to commend Costal Therapeutics for outstanding service. The staff are so kind and helpful. If you have sleep apnea and need a CPAP this is the place for you. They assisted me and had me set up for sleep study then helped with obtaining my equipment and training and in recommending a doctor. I have used the CPAP for nine months and I am a new person. I wake up refreshed and no longer have to sleep late all the time. Coastal Therapeutics is the best.

Horrible treatment after the rep was a no show or call for the appointment. Basically called me and my wife a liar. Lady that was there tried but did not know of me appt or needs.. I work over 60 hours a week and this time off was very precious to me and had a miserable experience. Was told I would get a new machine.Sent home with filter I don't know how to replace and have no idea if my machine is correct. Asked my wife to take Dr Ledet orders there with the machine WED. Re

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Located at the corner of Hillcrest and Grelot, they have ample parking and a very comfortable location. They sell all kinds of supplies and have the time and patience to make sure you are satisfied when you leave the store! I know that healthcare is a delicate thing, however I can say, without a doubt if you are in the need for a CPAP or other machine, give TJ at Coastal Therapeutics a call! I had to have a sleep study and the company who provided it, who shall remain nameless, sent me the wrong one. After having not heard back from anyone for weeks, I called my doctors office and they had this group give me a call. TJ called and at no cost, and not because my insurance company covered it, they sent me home with a device to check my sleep schedule. I returned it in the morning to discover that, I indeed needed a piece of durable medical equipment. I was not at all looking forward to this. TJ, from Coastal, called that same day to schedule my setup and orientation with the device. When I arrived, she had me sit down and walked me through every single feature of the device. Timers, preheating humidifiers, results screens, etc. She then helped me download the app on my phone so I could track if the device was doing what it was supposed to or not! Then it was on to mask selection...what a doozy of a process but after some coaching a feedback on my part I was able to find a mask that was comfortable and I thought would be the best fit for me. She then handed me all the paperwork and walked me through each form as I signed them to make sure there were not any questions. They have ample cleaning supplies, masks, tubing lengths, everything you could need to keep your machine up and running. The staff is super knowledgeable and seems to have a great deal of experience. All in all I cannot thank TJ enough for working with me so diligently and making sure I had no questions and wasn't the least bit confused on the workings of the machine. Lastly, I cannot thank Coastal for the dedication to me and the desire to earn my business. Two thumbs up!
