Hire some skilled workers who will not destroy a wheel and tire on a basic tire machine and then own up to your mistakes. Owner and daughter are trash. Destroy a kids wheel and then say that he complains about everything? Fortunate that I do not have the time to deal with your elementary school tire shop.

We are full time Rvers in a 40' motorhome pulling a 27' cargo trailer and two tires at the same time started loosing air with tpms alarms and God we were able to get off the road and called around and found Charter Tire in Mobile and he came out to road side and replaced the two stems and aired up tires to get us back to the shop to replace all four stems with metal ones. Very reasonable priced and friendly. Lesson learned don't use rubber stems with TPMS

We took our car here for two new tires; the tech dropped the tire sensor and didn’t notice. Upon my husband realizing, he returned to have the tech replace the sensor in the tire. The tech proceeded to place the car on the computer diagnostics machine and cleared the entire computer out for the car, we did not ask for the car to be computer diagnosed! Ricky did not want to take any blame for what his tire guy did and did not offer any compensation for the damage done to our car. We are very unhappy!!! We are stuck getting our computer reprogrammed in order for it to be operational.
