Jackson was fantastic to work with and very patient with the number of cars we test drove. The final car had a battery issue and they fixed it right then and there for us to take it for a test(thank you to the manager, I can't remember his name:(). SOLD! They went above and beyond. Aubrey finished up the sale and she was as sweet as could be. I love the laid back no pressure atmosphere. My daughetrs were able to learn a lot about buying a car.

CarMax has a good selection of cars that is always changing. It took us a couple of visits to find the right car for us. We did not feel pressured at any time. The whole process went smooth. We would go back when we need a car again.

My experience was surprisingly pleasant. I had signed up to have all the paperwork ready when I arrived, but there were a few issues that may have been changes I made. Also, the car was not very clean. It was run thru the car wash, but there were still bugs on the front of the hood and the rearview mirrors. I ran it thru a car wash and they came off with a little wiping.

I had an overall pleasant car buying experience. Jena at the Pensacola FL location and Jordan at the Mobile AL location were both extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Carmax was there for me when other dealerships let me way down. I am truly appreciative.

I bought a car on april 1st and test drove it & everything was fine until I got ready to pull in my driveway and the car started to make all kind of noise would not crank had to call a tow truck come to fine out motor went out and im pretty sure they knew this but would not recommend shopping with carmax mobile!!!
