Words cannot express how impressed I was with the service I received and the outstanding job they did. I dropped off the truck at 0830 and they had it back before closing time. They installed a B&W gooseneck ball and a spray in bed liner. Truck looks great! Kevin was awesome to deal with. The spray tech Josh did an outstanding job.

Called camper city today about a problem at Encore dealership.. The dealer busted up 2 lug nuts somehow and can’t get my tire off.. They been doing all my tire rotations when I get an oil change..These guys are good at what they do … I haven’t had a problem with my Jeep until I came to Encore Dodge… yall need to incorporate oil changes and tire rotations.. the dealers seem lost….or unskilled workers..

I cannot recommend these guys anymore. We had called the day before to see about a Specific fifth wheel hitch for a newer truck the day before we needed it. They told us they could absolutely have one delivered and install the next day for us. We were buying a camper in the area and we’re traveling eight hours one way. Our local dealer was not going to be able to have it ordered and installed in time. as we were traveling the morning, we received a text that stated it was available as soon as we got in. When we arrived, we had my small dog and my older mother with me and these guys made it a priority to get us in and out. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I usually stop in when I'm having issues with the plug on the truck for the trailers I could easily do it myself but, they have a sweet set up that makes it alot faster for them so why not let them do it. They are super friendly, have a sense of humor, honest they also do great work on accessories from what I've seen. This is your spot for accessories.
