Just stood in the checkout line for 20 minutes while only 2 people worked the register and the 2 others played with hangers. All while gossiping amongst each other. There is currently a line wrapped with at least 25 people in it. Absolutely ridiculous having only 2 cashiers.

I would give a zero if I could. The store was nasty, clothes on the floor. Look so ghetto. I want be back. I use to love this store. I don’t know if it’s management but something needs to be done. Close the store and clean up!

They recently did a whole clean up and, organized all the clothing in this store. It really made a difference, the store looks a thousand times better! Hopefully they'll stay consistent with the upkeep and hopefully customers won't tear it apart again!

The only reason this store got 2 stars was because There were lots of merchandise. The store was somewhat clean/organized. The restrooms were dirty and mold in the sinks. Some associates were very friendly, others not so much. The Cashier gave me the cold shoulder. She did not greet me. I had to look at the register display to see what my total was. Customer service was at its poorest. This was my last time shopping at Burlington. ?

The restroom was the worst I had been in in the whole of Mobile County. Tire shops with only guys working there with a hole in the wall bathroom were better than here. The lines are long, and it took me 30 minutes to check out. The lady checking people out is beyond slow folding clothes and taking tags off all the. Clothes the door alarms constantly sound, which defeats the purpose of putting tags on the clothes to begin with because the employees ignore the alarms going off due to it being constant. This is the slowest and worst store in mobile alabama. I hot some nice clothes in here though or else I would not have waited. I had to literally hold my breath in the restroom. I review numerous places in Mobile, and this is one of the worst. They stay open due to being short staffed and over working their employees. They need to hire people and clean more. I am still mad after leaving....

I believe the date was Thursday 01/18/24. Owner or management staff can check your store recording. I was shopping with someone and we were ready to check out. The person ahead of us checked out and walked off. My friend and I was talking when I realized we had not been called up to check out. The two associates at the register appeared involved with something other than checking out customers. I went and put my two items back and my friend left her basket of items. Not once did the associates apologize or say I can take you or explain what was preventing them from providing good customer service. I don’t think investors would be happy with losing money. It all adds up. Sorry, I don’t have the names of those involved. I was never called up to the register.
