Ms Monica was def a big help so professional and get things done immediately. I only had to call her one time and tell her what I was looking for and she found it and got it delivered asap . Thanks ms Monica for standing on your word:)

I would not suggest using this place they had me fill out several papers & sign told me they would deliver my item that evening and collected my money told me how much my payment would be I didn't hear from them by 4:30pm so I called to see why and they said oh you won't be getting it that I was not approved so I had to go all the way back the next morning and get my money the manager was very rude when I asked for her district manager she act like she didn't no the number & couldn't give me a clear answer as to why I was denied and I asked why would you guys have me there almost an hour signing all these papers before you knew I was approved and she still gave no clear answer and told me I could pay for a self stamped envelope and they could send the reason in writing I have never in life heard of anything like this process...so please make sure everything is clear before you leave this place and they really need to learn how to treat people who are trying to become customers

The Store Manager Monica is extremely professional and helpful she went above and beyond the call of duty to see that I was taken care of when when her shift was over I highly recommend her to anyone of you that needs a good start with quantity and quality furnishings for your home and everyday needs please feel free to check out the Cottage Hill store #499 in mobile Al the other staff is also amazing thank you all for your continued professionalizm..

Monica and Jared were awesome and I am extremely happy with the decision to go with Buddys Ren to Own for my purchase. I recommend store 499, on Cottage Hill next to Greers, for anyone looking for an opportunity to get what you want at price that's affordable with options!!!

Currently awaiting my delivery. It has definitely been a pleasure doing business with Buddy's. The Manager at the Cottage Hill location, Ms. Monica, was the most delightful person to deal with. Very sweet, helpful, and understanding. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and am looking forward to doing more business with them.
