Recently went to buy a few items was charged on my card and told I still owe more money frustrated left the store the attendant held up a receipt and said the money will be back in your account in a few days right I came there to leave with what I paid for not be charged and get nothing thanks for nothing BP.

Filled up a brand new Toyota Corolla here on Saturday 2/16 and about 40 miles down the road broke down. Took it into the Toyota dealership because it was under warranty, they informed us that the tank was 90% water, and that it would not be covered. Tried several times to call the store, no answer. Called the company HQ, and it can be up to 45 days before you see any money back. Shouldn’t BP make this right?
