I just bought a used Audi Q5 from them and had a phenomenal experience. I live in Minnesota and found them online through cargurus.com. I reached out to them via the text feature on the dealership website at the end of the business day, and my client adviser, Arthur, messaged me the next morning with the photos and videos of the car I requested. He answered any questions I had and provided me with all the information I needed or requested. When I decided to buy the car, it was a seamless transition from team member to team member as we went through the purchase process. I hired a transport company and Arthur met them at the dealership, got my car loaded, and my car arrived here in Saint Paul 2 days after pickup in perfect condition. Arthur also threw in a set of all weather floor mats, which is greatly appreciated. One of the best purchase experiences I’ve had! Thanks Arthur and the rest of the team!

Such a positive experience! While passing through Mobile, I caught a nail in a tire and contacted BMW of Mobile. Upon my arrival at BMW of Mobile for service, the Service Advisor (Tyler Ford) asked me if I had any additional concerns (as I was traveling). I relayed that I recently saw white smoke coming from the exhaust and heard a squealing noise coming from the engine compartment. Tyler preliminarily indicated it may be the PCV, which is/was under warranty. Ultimately, the mechanic checked and confirmed that it was (in fact) the PCV. And, so I purchased two (2) tires and had PCV replaced (covered under the warranty).
Thank you to Tyler and the BMW of Mobile team for a pleasant and positive experience in light of the circumstances.

Best auto service experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve been in the car business for years. Carie was phenomenal, second only to Beemer the cat. She kept me posted throughout my stay, explained everything clearly, and gave precise instructions for the follow-up appointment.
I loved being able to book online — super convenient — and the text alerts and reminders were a great touch. The shop is state-of-the-art, spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch with great amenities.
It was also impressive seeing two salespeople close deals with service customers — clearly trained and intentional. It’s rare to see that level of coordination between service and sales. Overall, a well-run, professional operation from start to finish. Highly recommend!
