We had to put our beloved LaLa down Sunday, I called around and they were the first people that I called both Linda and the other receptionist was wonderful! The staff made sure we had TIME to spend with LaLa before we said our final goodbyes! The staff gave us a paw print and nose print along with some hair in a jar, we appreciate you guys and thankful that LaLa spent 15 years with us. If you have an emergency PLEASE call them.

My sweet baby, Tucker, had some health issues that ultimately cost him his life. Dr Rolfe and his team did such a fantastic job of trying to save him and when the time came to put him down, they gave my baby the dignified and peaceful end he deserved. I could not be more appreciative of the care and love they gave Tucker. He was hospitalized for over a week straight at one point and the clinic expressed 0 frustration at my constant calls for updates and me showing up every day to visit, although I’m sure it got annoying for them at times lol. Thank you, Dr. Rolfe and team, for everything you did for Tucker ?

Great facility, love the app to keep track of my dog appts and visits. However, as with most vets, they always recommend drop off and and pickup to charge more. I chose Bit & Spur because the rescue I adopted had most of his record here. I called several times and couldn't get an answer regarding flea meds or if he was up to date in his shots. I finally decided to walk in. They apologized, new staff, and he was seen the same day. The cost however ridiculous. I have a regular vet I use off Moffett Rd and they and 1/3 of the price and a lot more friendly. The bells and whistles are nice but it doesn't make up for southern hospitality. Ex. Neuter for Chipin (10lbs) - $450+, other vet $130+.

We were there maybe an hour. Everyone was so polite and concerned and helped us and our pet. Thank you giys so much for helping us and our baby!

I can’t express how impressed I am by this clinic. Especially Dr.Rolfe & his assistant ( I wish I could remember his name ) but they are both INCREDIBLY sweet and took care of my cat Momo quickly. 10 out of 10 !!! And the staff at the front desk are very kind an attentive as well. You can tell everyone there loves what they do and that’s how it should be.

My English Bulldog( Hampton)had to have emergency surgery a few days ago on a issue my old vet didn't catch. Thank you Dr. Sindel, you when above and beyond and I appreciate it. I've got a new Veterinarian and excellent vacility.

Aumia loves Bit & Spur, she has seen Dr. Fuller & Dr. Sindel and loved them both. She has even been going to Go Fetch doggie daycare to socialize with other dogs. We are so happy we found vets we love, & so does our baby goldador.

9 minutes ago-Edit I have always loved this place and give it great reviews. Typically Daisy has a great experience. I even called them to check on her. They said everything was fine. However, when I went to pick her up, she several added items in her bag. The girl brought me into a room to talk with the vet. It definitely freaked me out. Come to find out they found blood in her diarrhea. The vet said they was fine...just stressed maybe from being there or another dog in the kennel. This was on friday and no one even bothered to call me to let me know. I would have picked her up and not gone on my trip. They just apologized profusely but it doesn't help when you know your baby was stressed that much. I am glad they treated her which is why I take her there...I am just upset they didn't call me to let me know.

The Go Fetch day care for dogs is great!!! Was my pup, River, 2nd time to go this morning and he couldn't wait to get inside!!! Excellent staff!!! River feels right at home with his new found friends!!
