Worst company I have ever worked with. We bought our phone systems from them (which are terrible) and every time we have a question, they try and charge us $55 per question! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER.

I was in such a bind, I dropped the ball and forgot to submit my companies order to our normal vender. I've herd good things about BIS and how fast they were. They were very accommodating and understanding. My substantial order was delivered a day early and cost less. BIS took my mistake and turned me into a hero at work.
