Please hire some extra tellers at this branch. The current tellers are wonderful but overworked. The long wait is not their fault. There are times one person is working the inside line and the drive up. PNC management needs to help out.

Short staffed. Going here 3 years for deposits for work. Always rude since they turned into PNC. Told me i have to start coming inside. What’s the point of having a drive through? Took me 40 minutes in the drive through to get help so now you want me to stand in line for am hour after a 14 hour shift? I’ll drive 20 minutes to the other PNC than do that thanks though.

This bank is notorious for helping correcting errors on banking matters. No one in charge has any power to help correct issues without a 30 day waiting window. I highly advise against banking with PNC. They're gonna find themselves in lawsuits worst than Wells forgone Bank!! Big payouts coming!!

Never picks up phone and will let the phone ring for hours. I was literally at work and let the phone ring for a hour plus no one never answered! When my question was as simple as do your branch give out debit cards the same day smh

The ATM at this location retained my PNC Bank debit card for no reason. There was nothing that could be done when I asked the employees for help. Well done PNC Springhill. Keep it up.

Would give less if possible. Short staffed. Wasn’t serviced. ATM took my money. Would have to wait in another hour long line to even get money back. Not worth it. Go to another PNC
