I’ve used the florist three times and one of my friends have used them for prom bouquets and boutonnières. They do beautiful work for unbelievable prices! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Very disappointed. What I ordered looks nothing like what my daughter received.I got a call from them telling me the white flower in the Pink Lace bouquet wasn’t available & they would replace that ONE with a different white flower, but they still charged me the same price! However, they instead added so many different flowers & other colors to the arrangement that changed the look completely. The purple bow was also unnecessary. It wasn’t shown in the original picture. I ordered what I wanted, but was very disappointed in what was delivered. Will not be ordering again.

I made a $100 order, asked for it to be low for a table, not too big, but be artistic, and the recipient said it looked like old flowers all cut the same length and shoved in a vase. I called a week later and asked to speak to the manager, who was out, left my name and she never called me back.

Ordered 26 long stem red roses with lilies for our 26th wedding anniversary. They were gorgeous! Still going strong a week later. Recommend and will order again. Ordered again for wife's birthday. Again, very pleased with the flowers and service. Highly recommended.

Ordering an Anniversary Bouquet from CA for friends who moved to AL could have been a headache. It was a delight. I knew just enough of my friend's taste in flowers for the staff to create and deliver---on the day needed, I might add--a charming vase of smiles for my dear friends. I have found my there-local florist to order from my far-distant home, future bouquet for my relocated friends, who have shared they will now use Bay Flowers for their florist needs. I called Bay Flowers to order an arrangement for a celebration of life for a friend's mother. I ordered a basket for a table and just asked for yellow roses and flowers. When we got to the venue that was holding the service the family was so happy with the arrangement. It ended up being a beautiful easel spray with yellow roses and flowers with white daisies.

Great lil place conveniently located in the downtown area. They have some parking right in front of the building. And the staff is super nice. I needed something quick and small. No special occasion, just something beautiful for my wife. They have lots of different arrangements already made and pots and containers everywhere inside their store. Thank you again, wife loved them!
