Friendly staff and knowledgeable.I looked all over Mobile trying to find a battery for a cell phone with no luck. I went here and I showed the counter man the battery. He said, "How many do you want?" From now on this will be my first stop when looking for a battery.Update - Took a battery to them for testing. It was one I purchased there. They did 2 tests on it. One test was to check the voltage. The second test was a "load" test. The battery tested good both times. I felt they really knew what they were doing and just didn't want to sell me a battery. Thanks!

I have a 2014 EZGO golf cart that sat unused for a year without charging. Back when we did use it, it only went half speed. So we bought new batteries to start with. They stayed in constant communication with us the whole time. Told me exactly what was wrong with it, ordered the parts, and installed them. Jeremy was incredible to us. When we picked the cart up, he spent a lot of time cleaning all the mildew off the seats and body and completely cleaned the cart. I'm absolutely floored at the extra mile he went and could not be happier to have our cart back in perfect working order. Absolutely recommend and will always return when we need new parts or service. Thanks guys!

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I bought a new motorcycle battery that was on a manager "out of box" discount that turned out to be bad, and they replaced it with a new full priced one at no charge. I will definitely shop there again.

We recently had to replace our truck battery in addition to our motorcycle battery. We were happy to find such caring staff at Battery Source. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our needs to ensure our truck and motorcycle had functioning batteries. Definitely would recommend the Schillinger Road Battery Source with Jeremy and his team. Knowledgeable and friendly which is rare to find these days. The pricing for the batteries can’t be beat in addition to their warranty and excellent customer service.

If you are looking for a car/truck battery save the aggravation and go to Walmart for an everstart battery. The batteries that battery source sells have a very fast self discharge rate. Disconnecting your cables doesn’t help. Battery sat for about 10 days after buying and it wouldn’t crank. The guy at the counter gave me unnecessary lip when I took it back for a warranty replacement saying their batteries aren’t agm and I need to drive my truck everyday….Turns out the battery had a bad cell. The replacement they gave me discharged after sitting for a week through 40 degree temps. I saved myself the aggravation and went to Walmart and bought a everstart platinum agm battery for slightly more than I paid for the trash I got from battery source. I emailed their customer service about the issue and never received a reply. I Definitely don’t recommend this place.
