I would have given it 5 starts but I needed help but all the employees was in the back. I had to find everything myself and use self checkout. Please hire more people that will help people instead of being in the back being loud on the conversation they are having.

If I could leave no stars I would, I ordered a part for my car online and paid, chose to have it picked up at the Airport location, I received an email stating my order was ready then get a call from a younger guy stating they dont actually have my part but if I give them my credit card information over the phone he can order it from another store in town, now why would I pay for this part twice and he couldn't answer that question and where is the part I ordered that is supposedly ready at your store? still couldn't give me an answer! I get it im a girl but I work around cars and work on my own car, Im not stupid this is absolutely ridiculous

Went in to get a new key battery. The worker at the counter was literally just eating Cheetos and offering no help whatsoever. Asked him what battery would I need for my key & as he was smacking on the Cheetos, said he couldn’t help me until it was opened. Saw me struggling and still would not offer any help.

My family was in town to be with someone in the hospital when the car had trouble starting. Tracy B., the store manager, took amazing care of us. She tested and replaced the battery, tested the alternator and then called around to find a shop to replace it for us. She was incredibly kind to us on a difficult day and very knowledgeable about parts and services. I 100% recommend this Autozone and Tracy!
