Went to the store on Thursday to buy a headlight bulb for my car. Well I found that I had trouble putting it in. I call the store and the girl that answered told me to come in and they would try to help. I went in and the young lady I talked to help me and took care of the problem. I forgot to mention this is on the following Sunday. Great service. She made a life long customer with her help.

Just left this store, if you need help be sure to ask for Mr. John. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had almost quit going to this store due to very poor customer service, but Mr. John was awesome!

Used them for years. No longer. Used to have knowledgeable people. Now people that have no clue about cars just try to ring you up for the sale. Sad.

I called the store for a map sensor and wanted to ensure it was in stock. I don't recall the gentleman's name but he told me they are a warehouse and if it says they have the part they have it and he wouldn't check to physically see if it was there. I told him that I lived far away and that I worked for autozone in the past and know that inventory is sometimes incorrect and I didn't want to drive 30 plus miles and they not have it. He told me to order it online then and they would email me when it was ready. I really needed this part for my wife's car because that is her only mode of transportation to work. He was very unwilling to help me and provided terrible customer service. I asked if they had a store that customers can buy parts and he said yes. I asked to be transferred to them and he told me once again I would have to buy the part online and would get notified. If this is how autozone is handling customers now then I will take my business and my family and friends business elsewhere. What happened to putting the customer first?
