There are so many nice things, such a variety from high end to just plain fun things to take you down memory lane. It's definitely one to put on your list!! You're going to love it; you're going to find something you can't live without. Staff is always friendly; the selection is awesome. A+++”

“Such a big place with so many vintage items of interest. They rent space to people who have a variety of vintage items for sale. You spend time browsing many decades of items and enjoy the nostalgic ambiance. They sell items older than those purchased then 1980.The Emporium is well cared for and the staff is helpful. They are located in Mobile on Emogene just off Florida Street. The photo is an example of a small booth.”

“I enjoyed this antique mall. They have refurbished furniture pieces, antiques & new items as well. There are many vendors to browse through and lots to look at. The variety is what I loved about this place. The prices is so reasonable as well! Some of the booths had sales. Mrs. Tracy the owner was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again when I’m back in town.”

“A huge and well organized collective of antiques. Would definitely stop in again if I was looking for something in particular.

This trip I was looking for cast iron skillets. They had a lot of low quality junk skillets in bad condition that were highly overpriced. When they have a rusty lodge skillet for $35 that I can buy brand new (same model) at Walmart for $30 I'm disappointed (and that was the nicest skillet in the pile!).”

“The type of stores I love: a labyrinth of shelves with a lot of random stuff covered with dust. Messy, dark, tight. I really love the thrift/antique stores with such atmosphere, much more enjoyable to scroll through than in well organized shops, especially when the prices are attractive. But here prices are medium and up.”

“I stumbled into the gallery on a random Saturday afternoon, expecting to find the usual junk labeled as "antiques". You know the kind, rusty tools, weird dolls, paintings of bleak landscapes - that kind of thing. Imagine my utter shock when I cast my eyes upon genuine antiques; we're talking about stuff that looked like it could've belonged to Andrew Jackson or something, stuff that would be right at home in an 1800's politician's estate. Not that I would know any better, but you get the point.I wasn't dressed the way one would expect of someone who would shop at this fine establishment, but I was still greeted and treated with dignity and respect. I very much appreciated how polite the shop staff were to me even though it was apparent that I was a lost Lookie Lou who had no idea what I was stepping into.I gawked, I gasped, I ogled, but I dared not touch (one wrong move, and I could have been liable for damaging a year's worth of mortgage payments...). I will be returning to purchase when my pocketbook is in better order or when I feel the need to gawk at fine things, but in the meantime, I'll tell anyone who'll listen that if they're looking for genuine antiques, this is THE place to be. A lovely gallery, but be warned! This is high-end stuff and not just your grandma's junk.”
