This is the only nail shop that I go to. I Love Mandy. She always goes above and beyond to get my finger and toes nails like I want them and my eyebrows. I had the same nails on for a month and a half and they didn't break. All of the staff are helpful, nice, and know me by name. The prices are not bad also. Plus, they have done some new renovations in the shop, and it looks really elegant. I love this nail shop.

I found Ann’s Nails through a Google search, and I am so pleased that I choose them! I have worked with all of the nail techs there, and they are all VERY talented and very professional. Every time I go in, I am so pleased with the results. I can’t stop looking at my nails!! The team is also insanely friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend them enough, and the rates are very reasonable.

I can't recommend Ann Nails enough! As a retired nail technician, I've been to at least 10 nail salons in Mobile, but I could not find a good nail technician until I found this gem. Anna is absolutely incredible—professional, clean, and dedicated to making sure you love your nails. Whenever I show her a picture of what I want, she nails it perfectly! I’ve been coming to Anna Nails for a long time, and I truly trust my nail tech, Anna, with my nails every single time. She always knows exactly what I need—from the perfect shape to the right color—and the experience is always so pleasant.
Everyone here is amazing from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The environment feels like family! Gloria keeps us laughing like the comedian of the crew, Anna is kind-hearted and soft-spoken, and Mandy is cool, calm, and collected.
Sometimes I even stop by on my lunch break because I know the service will be relaxing and professional. I’ve never had a single complaint—just great nails and even better vibes. Highly recommend!

The guy that did my nails did a great job the shop clearly over works him.However, the girl that took off my acrylics burned me a bunch of times by the drill file. I told her but she continued to burn me after she tried to make it seem like I was not rubbing my nails long enough on the paper towel they had dipped in gel remover. And she kept drilling over the spot I would say burned. To add while soaking my nails I had to try to rub off the acrylic myself. I don’t know about anyone else but if I go to get my nails done that I am paying for I should not have to do anything myself. I have never been continuously burned before intentionally after I said it was burning. And the shop owner Ann heard me saying it burn and never did anything. Then I waited for so long for someone to file my nails because the girl doing my nails initially didn’t know how to file. And it was like Ann did not want to do my nails. She took other clients before me even though I booked an appointment and they walked out before me which was ridiculous. She didn’t even want to come over to file my nails. So the guy who was working on another girl had to rush and file and finish my nails. Ann continually would look over and ignore me waiting and would go run to work on other people. This was a horrible experience as a first time customer. I am never coming back here again . It’s like she only cares about the people that’s been coming. And I am especially not coming back since I was being made to just endure the pain of the girl doing my nails burning me with the drill over and over. And her blaming it on me for not rubbing my nails on the paper towel to try to get my acrylics off long enough. I did the acrylic was just applied really well. Lastly I notice how they argue which dissatisfied customers on reviews which is another sign of them not being a good mail shop with great hospitality. They don’t apologize they just argue. Sad.
