I stopped by Andrew’s Imports recently to browse the lot and ended up buying an SUV from them. This was by far the easiest and most streamlined car buying process I have ever experienced. I firmly believe this may be the most friendly and honest crew I have ever dealt with. Andrew and Reggie are always ready to help make car buying affordable and enjoyable for you. Lisa and the office staff had all of the paperwork done so expeditiously that I was able to register and tag my new purchase the next day. A lot of people say “we treat you like family”, but at Andrew’s they actually mean it.

Let me just start by saying my experience with Andrew’s Imports was phenomenal. From start to finish all of the staff that I dealt with were prompt and professional. I bought a 2005 E46 BMW M3 sight unseen from them. When it arrived it was in better condition than I could ever have imagined. Buying a vehicle without test driving or seeing it in person was nerve racking. But Andrew and his team did everything in their power to make it as smooth as possible. They handled everything from shipping to the wire transfer and I couldn't be more grateful. 5 stars easily and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again in the future. They even sent me a tin of cookies to thank me for my purchase lol

Had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Andrew. The transaction was done entirely online, which meant that I wasn't able to personally inspect the vehicle prior to purchase, but Andrew made sure to provide detailed guidance at every step of the way. Not only that, he went above and beyond to make sure that I would be satisfied with my purchase. To anyone who is in my situation and thinking of purchasing a car online, I 100% recommend doing so from Andrew's Imports. He's a genuine person who runs an excellent business - the next time I need to purchase a car, I know who to call!

I brought an Infiniti M37 from here last October. When I called, I was told the car was $10,000, but when me and my mom got there it went up to $11,000. I had my money from my car wreck and put all of it down on the car cause I wanted it. I sent my mom to get the tag a month later, but the tag office in Mississippi said they haven't received no paperwork for the car. This dealership gave me a temporary tag until I paid the car off and finally gave me the spare key to it and the paperwork to get the tag finally. I kept telling them they got to send the paperwork in so I can get my tag. The tag office said what they did was illegal! And they added late fees on my tag because of the dealership. I called Andrew's and told them about the late fees. All they had to do was say it was their fault like the tag office said, and the late fees would have been removed. But instead of fixing the problem, they just hung up on me. Like the lady at the tag office said, remind me not to go there. That crooked salesman I had at Skyco next door to them told me not to go there a few years ago. Now I see why. These 2 dealerships have taught me about dealerships in Mobile, Alabama.

Gave me a good deal on a good car. Sometimes used car lots don’t get a good rep. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them. My Mercedes mechanic said I got a great deal and a good car.

Andrew and his staff at Andrew’s Imports are first class. I bought 2 cars from Andrew and it will not be the last. Andrew found me the right cars for my boys, Reggie checked them out and prepared them for delivery, Chris delivered it to me, and Lisa made the paperwork easy for an out of state purchase. You can not find this kind of service anywhere today. I highly recommend you call Andrew for your vehicle purchase.

Buying this car was a very hassle-free experience. I emailed Andrew inquiring about a 2006 Lexus ES 330. The car looked very clean in the pictures. When I arrived that weekend, Reggie, the lot manager, was there to greet me and asked if I wanted to test drive the car. Within a little over 5 minutes, I had the keys and I was able to test drive the car on my own.Once I decided I wanted to buy the car, they held the car for me so that I could get the money in the right bank account to pay them with. The offered to come down on the price by $500 bucks even though I wasn't planning on haggling (their listing price was already reasonable).The car drove great on the way home from Mobile, AL to Pensacola, FL; however, when I was almost home, the check engine light came on. There were no indications that anything was wrong with the car, but I was still concerned.I took it to an Autoparts store the next morning and it was an O2 sensor that was downstream from the cat converter. I wanted the O2 sensor replaced that day since it was my day off but my main mechanics were too busy to do a same day replacement. Being impatient, I made the unfortunate mistake of taking it to the Pep Boys that is located on Mobile Highway in Pensacola.They called me and told me that the sensors were covered in oil and that there was oil everywhere and that there was a bad rear seal leak. I told them to do a full diagnostic on the car so I could show what they found to Andrew. They included pictures and everything.That evening, Andrew returned my call (I had called him earlier in the day but he didn't answer) and I told him that Pep Boys told me the car needed $4,600 worth of repairs and I had the paperwork and photos that they provided. Andrew didn't think this was possible and offered to let me bring the car back to Mobile so they could take a look at it. I ultimately decided to let my mechanic take a look at the car before taking it back to Mobile.The next day, I took it to my oil change place and they said there wasn't a single oil leak and that all of the oil in the pictures was old oil from the valve cover gasket (which Reggie told me was replaced prior to putting the car on the lot).A couple of weeks later, I took my car to my mechanic who told me that the car was fine. He replaced the O2 sensor and the check engine stayed off. He also told me he didn't see any oil leaks. The only leak he spotted was a mild power steering leak that was probably coming from an old power steering hose. He gave the car a clean bill of health.Andrew could have gotten upset at me and dismissed me since I had already bought the car "as is (though if there were really $4600 worth of trouble that would be debatable)," but instead he listened to my concerns and offered to help if there was a major problem with the car. He returned my calls on multiple occasions despite the fact that I could have just been one of those dramatic and problematic customers (we all know that there are people out there who are like this) who makes a big fuss when there is nothing to fuss about.The fact that the owner and the dealership were so attentive to me even after I had purchased the car from them shows that they stand behind what they sell and are not just in the car business for a quick buck. I would definitely buy from Andrew's Imports again.

Andrews Autos was a very streamlined and lovely experience. My mother and I went to look at a lexus we later purchased and Reggie was extremely open and honest. The test drive was very nice and he helped us through the purchasing process completely. When we got the title in the mail they sent us cookies, just great stuff

I don't normally take the time to do reviews but my experience with Andrews Imports was extraordinary. Reggie and Lisa made the purchase of my "new" car enjoyable. They were both friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable in my major purchase. The inventory while not as extensive as some, was impressive. The vehicles were detailed and cleaned and from my research, a cut above the offerings of similar dealerships. I went in with my own financing but when Reggie realized he could get me a better rate, he went the extra mile and got me set up with alternate financing that saved me well over 3% APR. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.
