If I Could give them 0 stars I would but I want to do this review they've let us be broken into 3 or 4 times and never do anything about it they gave us a new lock each time... They never review the video type because they say it hurts their eyes

The only star I give is for the sweet woman who works there. I never had a problem, until I moved out of my storage and saw the damage to my precious books. The only saving grace is that I am happy they were not my antique family photos! I've used storages my whole life and have never had this happen. Rats ate through the boxes at the back of the storage, and roaches filled my books and belongings. There was no food whatsoever in my unit. I lost about 700 worth of books and belongings. My books were very special to me. I took a.few photos. My microwave was also filled with them, one that was clean, and brand new. It had never been used.
