I just moved to Alabama and I was put in a apartment where my original couch couldn’t fit through the front door, so I went to American freight and bought a smaller couch and he told me it could be delivered that day so I bought it that day. Then after I proceeded to pay for the couch, he said it cannot be delivered today it’ll be delivered tomorrow, which would be a Saturday. as I don’t have a couch, I keep calling them and they keep telling me “oh it’ll arrive today” and five days go by and I have yet to receive the couch. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager tells me he just hast to say what the delivery person says because they had one delivery person and the third-party delivery. I never received my couch five days later and decided to get a refund. Don’t recommend, they will lie and have no customer service Intelligence.

I truly had an amazing experience with everyone that I encountered here. My furniture was delivered in a timely manner with excellent communication throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them for your furniture needs. Can’t wait to finish decorating and post pics!

Need furniture? Head to American Freight and ask for Vanessa or Trey. They were both fantastic and in a world where customer service seems to be an afterthought instead of a priority, they have figured it out. If corporate sees this, please consider raises, a bonus, or some other sort of helpful reward for their embodiment of excellent salesmanship and assistance during the sale and upon return to pick up.
