Don’t use their online schedule tool unless you want to be charged $75 for a missed application it automatically makes for you only after you put your card info in the site. i tried calling over and over and it goes to some weird white noise and then says mailbox is full. i just had $75 removed from my bank account over something that could have been avoided if anyone could be bothered to either answer or check their voicemail. now i’m out $75, can’t seem to get in touch with anyone to ask about it and my hair still needs to be done for an upcoming trip but i can’t afford it anymore after being charged this “cancellation” fee for an appointment i never booked but was booked for me and then can’t answer the phone but had no issues taking my money!!!! Be super careful if you use the online booking tool.
